Abstract
This report was prepared in response to a 1989 legislative proviso mandating that the Human Services Coordinating Council, along with the State Health and Human Services Finance Commission oversee and facilitate the expansion of the South Carolina Handicapped Services Information System (SCHSIS) data base to provide greater public access to the most complete source of health and human services information.
