Abstract
The purpose of this “Water System Business Plan Guidance” is to provide an outline of information needed to be included in a business plan for an existing public water system. While this document outlines a variety of issues that typically should be addressed, each water system needs to be addressed on a case-by-case basis. This guide is subject to change due to future revisions of the Federal and State SDWA and SPDWR.
