Abstract
This regulation establishes the procedures, documentation, and other requirements which must be met for the proper operation and management of all solid waste processing facilities, including the processing activities involving the unrecoverable solid waste at a Materials Recovery Facility. However, this regulation does not apply to Recovered Materials Processing Facilities.
