Abstract
Based on a federal ruling from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the South Carolina Department of Public Health has issued a final ruling of placing 4-chloromethcathinone (4–CMC, 1-(4- chlorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)propan-1-one), including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers as schedule I controlled substances.
