Description
The process for developing the Rules and Regulations for Hunting and Fishing (Rules and Regulations) publication needs to be investigated. For the past several years, there have been delivery delays, customer complaints and significant errors in this publication. Errors in this document can be serious because they have legal ramifications for the anglers and hunters and for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. This paper addresses this problem.
