Abstract
This plan establishes policies and procedures to request, obtain, and administer grants under the High Hazard Potential Dams (HHPD) Rehabilitation Hrants as authorized by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the National Dam Safety Program Act (Pub. L. 92-367), as amended, 33 U.S.C. 467f-2, and the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2021 (Pub. L. No. 116-68). This plan shall be updated as necessary to include all relevant procedural changes.
