Abstract
This pamphlet is designed to familiarize individual employers, labor, the insurance industry and general public with the South Carolina Second Injury Fund. In order to do this, an explanation of the Fund, its purpose, who is eligible to secure
benefits from the Fund, when these benefits are payable and how they may be obtained is included. In addition, questions concerning the financing of the Fund and how this affects all parties are answered.
