Abstract
The South Carolina Drycleaning Facility Restoration Trust Fund program is operated pursuant to Article 4 of the South Carolina Hazardous Waste Management Act, S.C. Code Ann. Section 405 et seq., known as the Drycleaning Facility Restoration Trust Fund or “Act.” This report is provided to the South Carolina General Assembly as required by the Act. The report contains the financial obligations and a five-year budget projection as well as a summary of activities for fiscal year (FY) 2025 (July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025). This report provides a summary of the activities and response actions conducted by the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES).
