Abstract
The generational characteristics of the RN workforce are changing rapidly and may have an impact on work behaviors and expectations in the future. Members of the Millennial generation (born 1982 - 2000) are expected to outnumber Baby Boomers in South Carolina's RN workforce by 2018.
