Abstract
The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service and work-based job-training program for older Americans. The program, authorized by the Older Americans Act, provides training for low-income, unemployed older adults. The South Carolina Department on Aging in partnership with Goodwill of the Midlands and Upstate enrolls 112 participants annually. You may visit your local Goodwill Job Connection Center to learn more about eligibility.
