Abstract
This document states the provisions of the retirement Plan established by Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, § 9-20-20, and establishes a Trust for the Plan assets. The provisions of § 9-20-20 et seq. are incorporated into the Plan as if fully set out in this document.
