Abstract
The Learning and Organizational Development team at the Department of Administration works to train state employees to assist in their growth and development. There has been low attendance with Open Enrollment classes related to the Public Professional Development program. These classes are high in-demand as custom requests, yet the OE offerings have low attendance. The end goal of this project is to determine a root cause of low attendance and propose a solution to increase OE class attendance.
