Abstract
There is an extremely high turnover rate in the Communications Center of the SCDNR. With such a significant turnover rate, it is imperative to find out why dispatchers are leaving the job and address that issues to assist in maintaining qualified personnel for as long a period of time as possible. This paper explores those issues.
