Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol Building be lowered to halfstaff from sunrise until sunset on Sunday, September 22, 2019, in honor of the passing of A. Lane Cribb, Jr., Sheriff of Georgetown County.
