Abstract
Child care scholarships enable families to access child care for no cost or at a reduced cost, and are implemented as direct tuition payments to child care centers. These child care scholarships are the focus of the current evaluation. More specifically, this evaluation is designed to examine the reach and impacts of child care scholarships for young children and their families provided by local partnerships over a five year period, from FY17/18 through FY21/22.
