Abstract
This Fall 1991 this combined publication will contain articles of habitat alteration, water quality degradation and more specific issues such as shrimp baiting, the closure of the bays and sounds to shrimp trawling, turtle excluder devices {TEDs), gear restrictions and size and catch limits affect all users of coastal resources. Coastal Perspective will examine these and many other issues, and their impact on fishermen and the general public.
