Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: extending emergency measures across all platforms, restricting visitation to nursing homes and assisted living facilities, continuing public school closure, directing additional measures to protect first responders, instructing DHEC to consult with SLED for supplemental guidance, continuing to extent transportation waivers, and authorizing law enforcement to keep and maintain order and peace under the State of Emergency.
