Abstract
The federal Safe Drinking Water Act requires that the State develop a comprehensive priority list of potential infrastructure projects to be funded from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program. The SDWA further requires that the State develop a system by which to rank the projects in priority order. Only those projects that appear on this Comprehensive Priority List of DWSRF Projects (Priority List) may be considered for a loan under the DWSRF Program.
