Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that all flags on state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunup to sundown on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, in tribute to Corporal James Eric Chapman of the Johnston Police Department, who died in the line of duty.
