    The South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department published New Horizons, a quarterly newsletter about the agency's clients and staff. This Summer 2005 (volume 44, number 2) issue has articles on Walgreens’ new distribution center showcasing people with disabilities, TERI transitions at SCVRD, employees honored for state service, SCVRD staff members honored by the SCVRA, SCVRD’s impact and concerns and a joint venture that helps parolees with disabilities increase their chances of employment success.
