This report presents the independent findings of a comprehensive Player Demographic Study conducted on behalf of the South Carolina Education Lottery in accordance with legislative mandates set forth in the Lottery Act of South Carolina. In an effort to monitor the Lottery’s penetration and impact on state residents, the legislature issues a mandate calling for “a complete report of a demographic analyses of lottery players . . . including income, age, sex, education and frequency of participation of players.Collections
