In 2003, Timken, which supplies friction management and power transmission solutions to the global automotive industry, chose to invest $3 million in South Carolina’s Centers of Economic Excellence Program. Timken partnered with the Center of Economic Excellence for Automotive Design and Development, at the Campbell Graduate Engineering Center on the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research campus.Collections
