Kid’s Law provides children with an overview of several areas of the law affecting young people in South Carolina. Its purpose is to educate them about issues that they are likely to encounter. A question/answer format has been used to directly address questions that are frequently asked by young people. This booklet is not meant to be a legal guide or sole source of legal information.
