Compliance with Best Management Practices for harvested sites has been surveyed three times in South Carolina. Overall BMP compliance was 84.5% in the baseline survey in 1990, 84.7% in 1991, and 89.5% in 1994. Until this project, no survey has documented BMP compliance for site preparation activities.
