Multiple system-wide catalogs and finding aids have been created to provide access to the archival collection at the Department of Archives and History. Updating the various catalogs and finding aids is a time consuming process at a time that the staff responsible for that task has been reduced by budget cuts. This paper determines if the process be streamlined and still provide the necessary information to staff and patrons.Collections
