    This plan provides a blueprint for how the SUA will manage OM programs, services, and other activities from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2008. It provides guidance on how the SUA will carry out its mission of enhancing the quality of life of all older citizens, regardless of whether they participate in OM programs. This four-year Plan incorporates major goals and objectives adopted by the state's ten (10) AMs in their three-year Area Plans submitted in 2002 and in updates for 2003 and 2004.
