    SCDOT's equipment management organization IS a vital organization that impacts every person at SCOOT. New software tools already in place and organizational and procedural changes will enable the equipment management organization to operate more efficiently and effectively. Ultimately, improvements to the equipment management organization will enhance SCDOT's capability to be adaptable and flexible, to accomplish the primary mission objectives, and to address ever-changing priorities and respond to emergencies and disasters.
