Description
This project proposes revising traditional record keeping and reporting procedures for the Pipeline Safety Program and offers a web-based application that will build and store a database that can be queried to generate .any type of report or document needed--as long as the information has been properly entered. The newly revised Pipeline Safety Inspection Summary Report is designed to capture that information.
