This research was conducted to see if there is a relationship between employees' age and their willingness to accept new job duties. The hypothesis for this research states there is a relationship between one's age and one's willingness to accept a new job duty. After inputting the data and conducting a statistical Chi-Square Test, I did not support my hypothesis.
