    The goal of this project is to re-engineer the Help Desk at USC into a cohesive group that will assist Computer Services to support the instructional mission of the University, provide the core services for the University IT infrastructure, provide excellent customer service, develop the human resources within our organization, support the operations and continual improvement of the institution, and encourage efficient use of computing and networking among departments.
