dc.description	The objective and/or purpose of this assignment is to research the feasibility of designing the Work Write-Up forms used by the Housing Trust Fund and HOME programs in such a manner that all cost related entries associated with new construction, rehabilitation and emergency repairs of multiple and single family residential structures in the State of South Carolina will be automatically audited to determine how reasonable the costs of material, labor and overhead are for any given project.
