In January 1999, the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission implemented a survey questionnaire program, which was derived from the agency's Strategic Plan and its preceding Baldrige Self-Assessment. The survey questionnaire was developed to help improve customer service. It is the hypothesis of this project that the information from the completed and returned questionnaires can be used and acted on to improve the Commission's investigative process.
