dc.descriptionThere is a growing awareness that consumers who are hard of hearing and late deafened have very different communication, psychosocial and employment service needs from those who are culturally deaf, and that there is a need to develop specialized staff and services for those populations. This analysis of clients by disability type was conducted to determine whether SCVRD was equally successful serving all groups and to determine which disability categories required more emphasis.
