Description
This project will examine the difference between the medical treatment model in our state mental health system versus the recovery philosophy approach to mental health treatment. It will attempt to extricate staff attitudes and biases towards the recovery model of behavioral health care in contrasts to a traditional medical model of treatment. Proper investigation of this problem will yield proof of the efficacy of the recovery model/philosophy or the medical model approach toward mental health treatment.Collections
