The purpose of the project is twofold: One: to create a leadership development program to aid LLR in identifying and developing potential leaders. With the potential retirement of a significant number of employees in leadership positions, a lot of historical knowledge, not to mention talent and expertise, will be walking out the door. LLR must be prepared by having the right employees trained and ready to step into those positions as needed. Two: to create a program that will provide LLR employees an outlet for developing their leadership potential.Collections
