    This project has three main purposes. The first purpose of this project is to determine what motivates Legislative Audit Council audit staff and determine why staff stays at the LAC. A secondary purpose is to allow staff a free forum to relay specific concerns or suggestions to senior management by answering open-ended questions. Lastly, former employees were surveyed to determine the exact reasons why they were not retained by the LAC.
