    Description
SCDOT faces a challenge in attracting and recruiting new engineers. If SCDOT is going to maintain and develop a staff capable of meeting the demands of it's aging infrastructure and new construction, it must find ways to encourage and promote engineering as a career among future generations of college graduates. This paper addresses that problem.
