This project is to investigate improving the process of asphalt roadway inspection in South Carolina. The approach that should be taken includes the following elements: The traveling public (customer) should be the primary focus from the beginning Participation from the current roadway inspectors should be required Take a process view towards the solution Plan on obtaining and measuring results after the process has been implemented Require training for the inspectors Begin the cycle of process improvement again after we think it is completeCollections
