The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources currently uses over eleven different forms to manage its Boat Titling and Licensing efforts with the general public. Many of these forms have a specific purpose, and are designed and manufactured to meet special needs of the Boat Titling and Licensing sections of the DNR. The DNR uses in-house folder/sealer equipment to prepare these forms for mailing, and production costs for these forms is expensive because of glue patents and special equipment handling requirements. This report explores some possible alternatives or solutions to reducing the cost, management and handling of these forms.Collections
