dc.descriptionThis paper will explore the qualification processes used to evaluate consultants for SCDOT projects. The processes will be flowcharted and analyzed. Data from other state DOTs, consultants and the internet will be gathered and evaluated. Based on the information collected and analyzed, recommendations for improvement will be discussed as well as an implementation plan provided. A method of evaluation will also be developed and discussed. Finally, the key findings and recommendations will be summarized.
