The purpose and main objective of this project was to research the feasibility of developing an automated database that would track and compare monthly and year-to-date program unit utilization and Housing Assistance Payment expense data against the Annual Budget Authority allocated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for program administration, and provide timely and accurate information on which to base important program management decisions.Collections
