The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, Office of Juvenile and Family Relations investigates a variety of complaints received from both juveniles and their parent or legal guardian. DJJ does not know what our customers expect, what benefits they receive, and if they are satisfied with the services they and their children have received through DJJ. This project involves a poll of parents an guardians. The focus of the poll is to determine a baseline for current customer satisfaction of parents and guardians with regard to the Evaluation Centers specifically.Collections
