dc.description	Effective, viable, and cost saving methods for delivering the South Carolina Department of Social Services' training programs that were different from the delivery methods currently utilized is the purpose of this project. Better use of the Agency's existing technological capabilities might be one avenue to explore. Additionally, computer-based training has been a recurring suggestion from training program participants.
