The University data network consists of approximately 1000 unique pieces of hardware that must be maintained by the WAN/LAN group. It is the goal of this project to first document current processes for the group using flow charts. Once all of the processes have been documented then analysis will be done on how those processes can be automated using a new software called Pinnacle and how Cisco Works can be used to keep a history (archive of configurations) of changes made on the network that can be viewed by all technicians online.Collections
