Description
The S.C. Vocational Rehabilitation Department for several years has utilized servers in each field office to allow employees to store files such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook archive documents. When a server stops working in an office it must be replaced as quickly as possible if information technology staff cannot successfully talk field staff through steps to make the server operational again. Network Attached Storage devices have been developed over the past years to serve as storage solutions for Information technology. This study looked at alternative ways for file storage.Collections
