Abstract
Description
The Task Force critically analyzed South Carolina's current service system and identified economical ways of improving the continuum of care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. In order to close the gaps in the existing service system, the Task Force identified five goals. Recommendations flowing from these goals are listed in detail in the body of the report.
