The Division of State Human Resources administers a comprehensive system of personnel administration responsive to the needs of the employees and agencies and essential to the efficient operation of State Government. The Division is also in charge of training & development courses for state employees and workforce planning. As of July 1, 2015, the Division of State Human Resources is now under the Department of Administration.
