    The future vitality of our state’s economy depends on the ability of South Carolinians to use computers and digital information systems, to adopt and adapt to this “information age.” To adequately fund the recommendations outlined in this report, the TechThink Group recommends that an annual technology line item be funded at a level of $338 per student.
