This manual outlines the requirements of the 2023 Rebate Program. The Program promotes the implementation of high-efficiency energy conservation measures. Rebates promoted through this Program aim to reduce Santee Cooper customers’ incremental cost to upgrade to high-efficiency equipment over standard-efficiency options and to install other energy efficient products. The following is a list of measures to be included in this Rebate Program: Lighting and lighting controls ; HVAC equipment ; Building envelope and other facility improvements ; Commercial refrigeration equipment efficiency upgrades and ENERGY STAR® qualified commercial appliances.
