The Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) is the state's administering agency for the Community Services Block Grant, Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Weatherization Assistance Program and Emergency Solutions Grant. OEO works in partnership with community action agencies and other non-profit agencies to administer and distribute funds for local initiatives designed to appreciably impact the causes of poverty.
